Technology Classes

OAB’s technology classes teach members how to use assistive tools like screen readers, smartphones, and apps to stay connected and independent.

Education

Educational programs at OAB help members understand vision loss, develop daily living skills, and access valuable resources for greater confidence and independence.

Recreation

OAB offers monthly recreational activities including outdoor events, plays, and holiday parties to encourage social connection and fun among members and families.

Transportation

OAB helps members explore safe and accessible transportation options, including public transit, paratransit, and community ride programs for greater mobility and independence.

Finding Resources

We guide members in finding helpful resources—like assistive technology, training programs, and community services—to support everyday needs and independent living.

Reading Mail

OAB introduces tools and techniques, such as screen readers and reading apps, to help members manage mail and important documents with ease and confidence.
